It seems hat there is a bug with cyberduck showing the content of folders when the have exactly the same name, it only chooses one of the folders and then replicate its content.
For example if a folder is named "Cyber" and has the subfolders (A,B,C) and another folder is named "Cyber" and has the subfolders (D,E,F) , It only shows two folders named "Cyper" with each of the folders having the subfolders (A,B,C)...
