After upgrading to Cyberduck 7.8.3 I experienced severe memory leaks caused when downloading larger files (1-2GB) from Google Cloud. Allocated memory of Cyberduck increased from around 300MB to 64GB(!) when I tried to download a 1.4GB file as one example. This leakage is consistent and happens every time I download a file, I tried a dozen. The download time also increases substantially.

In short, version 7.8.3 is unusable for me and I reinstalled version 7.8.2 which runs perfectly fine for the same files. I guess I will use the old version fo now and I hope the next version 7.8.4 will be working fine again.

Hi,

Thanks for reaching out and for your patience. [[br]]
This issue should be resolved within the latest release version (7.8.5).
