Use case: Debian-based machines have root login via SSH disabled by default, which is a good idea in terms of security. Admin accounts have sudo permissions and are typically used to copy files to several directories across the system, which are only writable with sudo.

Problem: Currently a SFTP session in Cyberduck is only able to access directories, for which the user has native permissions. sudo can't be used. Thus, the Cyberduck user can only copy files to writable directories like the admin's home and then move the files via SSH to the directory where they actually belong to.

Feature request: Add a function to execute an "on-connect command", similar to a function known from the ugly competitor ;-) (documentation here and a config example here I would expect this function to be configured on a per-server basis, so it might be a good fit to the add/edit server view, when SFTP is selected.
