e492552 created the issue

Issue: If there are problems in Preferences or Settings (like the recent disappearing columns), uninstalling and reinstalling will not solve them without a Reset option. Deleting folders in %APPDATA% is too difficult for most users.

To help resolve problems more easily:

1. Option in installer to Reset All Preferences and Settings
2. Option in Preferences to Reset All Preferences and Settings
