Hello!

I have been using Mountain Duck on my Intel Mac and things were going pretty well for quite a while.
Kudos for that!

However, on the Mac M1 it is very very painful to use.
Are you already aware about the issues present on ARM?
I'm mainly talking about the freeze happening when going over 4-5 GB of transfer, the very slow start(minutes of waiting) when copying big files and the fact that big Cache files are stored regardless of whatever cache settings I try to use.

In case you are not aware of this, I can of course try to gather some logs and send them your way. I can reproduce those issues 100% on my system.
Just let me know in case you are not already aware about them.

All The Best,
Dan

PS: I've just moved back to my Intel Mac and upgraded there to Big Sur, just to be sure it's not the OS that's the issue. There it works well(no freeze at around 5GB), however considerably slower than before upgrading the OS...

It would be appreciated if you can send the log file to [mailto:support@mountainduck.io] for further assistance.
