If I right click on a folder and select create new folder, the folder is created as a sibling of the folder, i.e. as a folder of the folder I've selected's parent. I would expect the folder to be created as a child of the folder I created. In other words if I have folder foo inside folder bar, I've expanded bar so that I can see foo inside bar, bar and the S3 bucket that bar is in all at the same time. I right click on foo and select create folder I expect the new folder to be created inside foo, but instead it is created inside bar. If it was simply creating folders at the level I am at then it should create a new S3 bucket, which I think would also be the wrong action in this case.
