I don't know why, but a client of mine uploaded a file by FTP with a space as first char.

I'm trying to download it using Ciberduck, but the file name is trimmed, so if you try to do something as rename, download or change the permissions you get the file not found message...

After renaming the file through terminal FTP everithing worked well.
