It would be helpful if there was a way to open a recently-used connection, similar to how you can open a recently used file in a text editor. I envision this either being under the File menu (Open Recent, which moused over expands right to reveal a list of recently used connections) or in the Open Connection dialog box (a little clock icon with a popup list of recent connections). When you select a recent connection via either method it would populate the text fields in the Open Connection dialog box, and then you can just click Connect.
