When I download items, I know where I want them. I will never want all my downloads to go to the same place (which then forces me to sort through them and put them where they actually belong).

Cyberduck will never be usable for me until one of the download folder options is that I get to choose the folder at download time.

Use File > Download as... or File > Download To...
