1176fc4 created the issue

I downloaded the newest version 2.8.1. Since then I'm not able anymore to make contact between my two computers over the internet. I get the report: 'connection failed', 'there was a problem while connecting to (ip-address:portnr)'
What went wrong? Please help.

Make sure the server is up and running at this address. Try to connect to the serer using ssh from the Terminal.
