Cyberducks changelog says: [Bugfix] Writing corrupted entries to the Keychain (10.5) [#1354]
Warning! Due to this bug you may have to reenter your passwords the first time connecting to each server.
Apparently you should re-open this bug, maybe it's now working on OsX 10.5, but on OsX 10.4.11 you can't log in anywhere at all. It just keeps asking passwords, shows up login error. After updating a program, the keychain should ask you about the changed program, no question at all. Suggested deleting all your saved passwords with Keychain Access.app isn't the acceptable solution. Right now, the only acceptable solution seems to be not to use Cyberduck 2.8.2.

Sorry to let you know, but there is no other workaround. Please see (http://version.cyberduck.ch/changelog.html). Additionally, delete any passwords in the Keychain of the server you are trying to connect to. To modify saved passwords in the Keychain, open /Applications/Utilities/Keychain Access.app.
