Whenever a file/folder on an ftp server is roght-clicked, Cyberduck keeps the previously selected file/folder selected. So, whatever contextual meny alternative I choose for the new selection will be applied to the old selection as well.

In the case of "delete", this can be a catastrophic error. Before I discovered this bug, I accidentally deleted a folder of unique and unrecoverable contents.

As of a64e15a right click on a file which was not previously selected will clear previously selected files.
