I just updated to the newest version yesterday [2.8.2, (3346)] and since then I've found Cyberduck seems to constantly read from the drive and use nearly 100% CPU after a couple minutes of use. This includes reading from my external HD which was in power save until Cyberduck started doing this. The Virtual Memory size when doing this exceeded 2 GB. After canceling the active transfer the VSIZE goes back down to 600MB. Virtual Memory Size increased 4-6MB per second while there is an active transfer. The virtual private memory was climbing at a slightly lower rate (2-4MB/sec I'd guess). When it was using the 2GB of virtual memory the whole system slowed to a crawl.
iMac G5, Leopard, 1.5GB ram.
