bcc73a7 created the issue

WIth the current build, upon remote editing a file, closing that file, and editing a different file Cyberduck crashes.

Console reports:

`1/7/08 3:36:24 PM com.apple.launchd[158] ([0x0-0x41041].ch.sudo.cyberduck[564]) Exited abnormally: Bus error 
1/7/08 3:37:34 PM [0x0-0x76076].ch.sudo.cyberduck[946] Invalid memory access of location ffe8e8fc eip=940d9750`
