When you edit your file with external an editor and cyberduck crashes and you try to reopen this file, then cyberduck opens it as file-1.php, because file.php still exists in cyberducks cachepath (on my system /private/var/folders/qO/qO6hnyq8GlabCqhGwNMhTE+++TI/-Tmp-/).
So maybe it would be usefull when this cache would be cleared when opening cyberduck. (now you have to delete manually this files)

I don't want to fix this because of the following reasoning: Due to an appliation crash while saving the file and uploading to the server, the file on the server might be corrupted (crash while transferring the file). Therefore at least the local copy can still be found in the temporary file location.
