When clients connect to our Raiden FTP server the folders appear with 'No Entry' sign on them. You can get in them but it is missleading to clients. This is not a new issue it has done this back in version 1 as well. Thanks, Rob

What is the response of your FTP server to the 'SYST' command? Does the directory listing contain access permissions or not?

Hi,
I have uploaded 2 pictures. Both show CyberDuck on the right and Filezilla on the left. They are both logged into our FTP site.
I am unsure about the SYST command but I can confirm that Cyberduck IS reading the permissions correctly. However from the pictures provided you can see that any folder Cyberduck sees as 'Read' or 'Write' only, will have the no entry sign. Only folders with Execute will Cyberduck show with out the no entry.

Thanks,
Rob

Because there is no execute flag it is assumed you cannot open this directory.
