I KNEW I shouldn't have upgraded! This time, Cyberduck (which I love) did NOT ask me about keeping all the info (like it usually does).

Now every time I connect to a site (and I probably have 30 in my bookmarks), I have to type the password the first time. Some of my sites are pretty old and this is a real pain.

Please see (http://version.cyberduck.ch/changelog.html). Additionally, delete any passwords in the Keychain of the server you are trying to connect to. To modify saved passwords in the Keychain, open /Applications/Utilities/Keychain Access.app.
