I noticed a couple of times, that html-files are getting reformatted to one endless line when uploaded. I tried changing the LF to all possible types but it still doesn't break the lines. Also tried to force ASCII-upload but same result. Especially with Javascript in the page, the page doesn't work anymore.
For some reason, this problem occurs not everytime, sometimes the files upload fine with the correct formatting. That's why I think this might be a bug...

Would appreciate for looking into this then everything else works great, I like that client!

Thanks,
Eric

You might just want to use binary transfers.

For the 'convert line endings' to work the file must be transferred in ASCII mode. Make sure to include 'js' in the list of list of files to 'Transfer in ASCII mode'. Also some editors don't correctly determine the line endings.
