'Clunky' arrow navigation and endless beachball on folder highlight

Description

the newest release does not navigate smoothly with arrow keys -- little hiccups. relatively minor. But occasionally, as I use arrows to go over a folder it will freeze and cyberduck stops responding. fyi, also recently upgraded to newest version of textwrangler.
