can't see folders inside of a directory, only a file

Description

However, Fetch can see the folders in here with the same login.

Here is the login:

ftp.digido.com

name hmv saregama

password 2832

You will see only one file in there, but there are two folders in there as well.

Please post the transcript from View > Toggle Log Drawer.

Here's the transcript. Good move, because the transcript shows the folders exist and Cyberduck can see them but not display them in the main window. All we see is the single .rar file.
