Grateful for your software though. Every time I try this, it asks me if I am running off a disk image. I was, but finally figured out how to get it to stick in my Applications folder not as an image (more explanation of that with your software would be helpful for the relatively new folks), so I thought it would work now, but I still get the error message below, and since I'm as close as it gets to an administrator here, I have no idea what to do. Thank you for any help you are willing to offer. I looked but didn't find this in your documentation.

I'm having this same problem. I even placed Cyberduck on my desktop (taking it out of the Applications Directory) with no success. Perhaps this is one of the bugs which the new version fixes? I don't know if it's not accepting my password or what? I'll be eager to read the replies you get on this.
