e1b62a3 created the issue

When you select a transfer that involves overwriting an existing file of the same name, Cyberduck first authenticates login to the ftp server before asking the user whether they wish to overwrite the existing file. I suggest changing the order so that the user can immediately specify what action to take without having to wait so long for the dialog to appear. Authentication seems to take a very long time.

We first determine if there is any file at all to replace.
