This may be related: I've been uploading entire folders, and then get an "Incomplete Transfer" notification, yet it also shows that "3.9 MB of 3.8 MB" was transferred or "36.3 kB of 35.5 kb" was transferred. Looks like the file sizes are not accurately calculated, and a transfer of more bytes than expected results in some kind of "incomplete" error. However, all the files appear to be present and accounted for on the remote server.
