please tell me how to access my files to my /web this is where all the .html files are stored and I cannot see this directory. I know it is there because the website works.

Assuming this is the Feb 29 leap year bug. Please see #1813 and re-open this ticket if the modification date on your invisible /web directory is not Feb 29. Workaround is to touch the directory so the modification date is not Feb 29.
