550 Failed to change directory when trying to read a directory with '´' or 'ñ'

Description

When I try to read a directory that have '´' or 'ñ' in the name I get 550 Failed to change directory.

For example if I go to ​ftp://www.cc.uah.es/pub/Alumnos/I.INFORMATICA/ and I try to read Protección_de_la_Información or Enseñanza_Aprendizaje_Electronico I get the 550 error, if I try again I get an empty dir.
