If the bookmarks drawer was left open when quitting the app, it floats away from the main window when Cyberduck is relaunched. Sometimes you can see it sometimes its totally missing. Closing he drawer with the bookmarks button brings it back to the main window. And opening it again keeps it where its supposed to be. Until its relaunched again.
