When sharing files via ftp, some users have mac OS X and others use windows xp, maybe some use vista, often filesnames that were created on windows and have characters like (,..') etcetera, cyberduck errors out and wont let me download that particular filename. cyberduck puts a black diamond w/a white question mark in place of the character and won't let me download that particular file. other ftp programs don't have this problem. windows machines don't have this problem either. please fix cyberduck to be able to download these messy filenames as I like the program and want to continue to use it. thanks. example-01_EnterHot Curry.mov the original was-01_Enter..Hot Curry.mov

Try to change the character encoding used. See 'View' → 'Text Encoding'. Try UTF-8 (the default), ISO-8859-1 and Windows-1252. Refer to http://cyberduck.ch/help/en/problems/index.html
