After upgrading my cyberduck it would no longer connect to my servers on my powerpc mac running 10.4. It runs fine on my intel powered mac running Leopard.

Can you find any related output in the console.log (/Applications/Utilities/Console.app)? Please post the transcript from View > Log Drawer and let me know what error message you get.
