Today the updater told me to update and I did (I'm on 3.0 3966). I use textmate as an external editor. My server sometimes times me out, but this has not been a problem in the past -- cyberduck would simply re-connect and then save the file I'm editing.

But with the new version cyberduck will first inform me that the file has been saved and then it will tell me that it has re-connected to the server. The result is that I'm informed that the file has been saved, but in reality the file has not been saved. Any further attempts to save the file will result in notices that the file has been saved even though changes are still not being saved.

During my confusion to figure out what happened I somehow got a partial save where I'm left with a 0 byte file on the server.

I'm on an up to date Tiger install.
