When trying to connect to an SSH server for which no fingerprint is cached in ~/.ssh/known_hosts, Cyberduck 3.0 does not ask whether to proceed connecting to the server or not, therefore it is not possible to connect to such a server at all.

However, Cyberduck 2.8.4 did show a warning about the fingerprint and asks whether to proceed connecting.
