Love the application, however I find it really annoying to have an additional window for the transfer of files, isn't there a way to minimize this or even attach it on the bottom of the window or side or wherever you think works best? In my opinion, a visual cue in the browser that the file is currently being replaced would be one thing, and the other is to have a small tab that slides out on the bottom to show what file is being uploaded with a progress bar and then hides itself with an icon to invoke it again and show the details of the transfer (activity etc..).
As for the bookmarks, I like how you guys made it work like the bookmarks on safari but I find it inefficient - if it had the static sidebar (optional at least) like in finder's sidebar except that it has a "Bookmarks" tab .. then you pick the bookmark and as soon as it connects there is a visual cue that your connected to that server by either a highlight on that bookmark or something or like an Eject icon on the right side of that bookmark.. like a mounted volume.
