97bfe3e created the issue

I'm having big trouble with the latest version of Cyberduck.
When uploading a large file - lets say a 630mb zip file
and the transfer is incomplete at 450mb, I click on
continue but transfer is interupted again at 550mb

Now I click on continue again - but the upload then
starts again at 450 ( instead of 550) resulting in a file
larger than the original file and of course broken.

This is bad since uploads of this size can take hours.
