There is a connection failure to the IP address returned by the PASV command. Cyberduck then falls back to try a active connection using the PORT command, but the server still responds with the previous answer. If this is working with 3.0, post the transcript from this session as well.
Ever since we updated to 3.0.1 3999 we have not been able to login to our server.
We thought it was an issue with our server, but we are able to login with other software.
