I spoke iwth a friend of mine recently and he had the smae issue.
In order to update a rss feed I have to erase or rename the one one ont he server and then upload the new file as a "new" file on to the server.

Apears to have just started happening my freind downloaded an older version of cyperduck. Maybe there is permission or setting that needs to be changed?

Got me - thanks for this amazing program - you folks are great!

Check the write permissions of the file using File → Info.
