From the transfer window, you can already reveal in Finder the uploaded or downlowded item(s) by clicking on the menu that popups when you click on the name of the file(s).

It would be cool if Cyberduck could open in the browser window the remote folder where the files where uploaded to (downloaded from) from the transfer window as well.
