Crashes when launching application #2231

After installation of vers. 3.0.1 most FTP connections (from my bookmarks) where not working anymore. Also creating new connections didn't work. It seemed like passwords where not provided or not provided correctly. Also I was not able to re-enter passwords anywhere which is anoying.
So I decided to recover my previous version 2.8.1 from TIME MACHINE. After recovering the old version via TIME MACHINE is crashed right after launching. So I downloaded older versions again from the web site and re-installed them. However they now all crash right after launching! Even after rebooting my Mac Pro (Intel)...
Any ideas how I can make it work again??

Exactly the same problem I have myself. No idea what's going on. Hope that this bug will be solved.
