When launching Cyberduck 3.01, it will simply sit and bounce in the dock until you force quit it. After that, future attempts to start it will start it normally.

Some posts in the forums have mentioned something like Window DragOn as a problem that is causing it, but unless whatever that is is installed in Leopard by default, it can't be the source of the problem on my machine. (I've never heard of Window dragon or whatever so I don't know anything about it)

Even if that it is the problem, it should be fixed so that it isn't a problem.

Can you find any related output in the console.log (/Applications/Utilities/Console.app)?

No, I don't see anything and searching for cyber, cyberduck, etc didn't pick anything out in the log that got my attention.
