I am using ssh to login to my web site and Cyberduck says that the login is successful and then it automatically logins out within a second.

Please post the error message and the transcript from View → Log Drawer. Can you find any related output in the console.log (/Applications/Utilities/Console.app)?

Try the latest nightly build from (http://update.cyberduck.ch/nightly) and if it still fails reopen this ticket.
