When I click to open the application--CyberDuck 3.0.1 on a Mac 10.4.11--it bounces a few times in my doc, and then disappears, never opening the application. So now I can't use this software that I have been using for quite some time. I ran Disk Warrior and maintenance scripts, but no change. I re-downloaded from your sight but that didn't help.

Frustrating! I really liked using CyberDuck

Make sure you have Java 5 installed available from the System Software Update.
