When I upload a file that already exists on the server, Cyberduck usually asks me if I want to replace it. This, for some reason (I guess it's a bug), is not the case, if the file-name is the same but with different case. E.g. when I upload "MyFile.jpg" to a folder where "myfile.jpg" exists already, the file is replaced without asking me.

The remote server should be case-aware.
