Even after I have repaired the keychain with Keychain Access tool.

Latest version (4146) of Cyberduck still doesnt find the passwords.

So I am back to the old version now, which works ...

@dkocher commented

There was a version of Cyberduck which created bogus Keychain entries. You may have to resave these passwords.
