This works for me. There is probably a problem with the passive port range allowed by your router or firewall. Try to use the Active option available as a Connect mode in the bookmark setting.

Hello,
I have just upgraded from 3966 to 4166.
When connecting to a FTP server to download files, I sometimes get a "wrong way" sign on one of the folders, and I am therefore unable to view its content. Or I can open the folder but do not see its content. Sometimes the content is displayed properly.
The behaviour is not constant.
But in all cases, in the log drawer I see there is an error message saying:
If I try to access the same FTP server using Cyberduck 3.0 (3966) the folder content is always displayed properly, and I never get this error message about FEAT.
Best regards,
Herve
