Cyberduck crashes everywhere I try to connect to an ftp server.
Other ftp clients and other machine on the the same office does not have this problem.

I can't see it crashing in the screencast provided but being stuck at opening the connection. Can you find any related output in the console.log (/Applications/Utilities/Console.app)?

Please try the latest nightly build and if the problem persists, attach the file referred as JavaNativeCrash.log.
