When I go and make a minor change to a file, the sync does not pick up that the file has been modified. If I have for example a html file and change somewhere a 5 to a 4, the file is not synced. I have had this problem several times when making minor corrections.
Solution - Date and Size check? MD5, ?????
I have been uploading files using FTP.

I have the same issue. I think that when the filesize remains the same cyberduck doesn't recognize that the file has been changed... i think that md5 maybe not so easy to implement for performance issues (cyberduck should download all files in the synced dir, calculate md5 and after compare the results with local files) but should be a solution... however I totally love this software ;)
