This has happened to me twice now, I thought the first time maybe I hit the wrong button, but with the new update, right clicking on a file and selecting delete, will delete the whole folder the file is in automatically without asking with a prompt. This bug deleted my whole website. This happened on two different servers a week apart(I didnt use the app in between the two incidents) Yet testing this now with new test folders and files I can't recreate the problem.

This is related to a multiselect bug I've just reported. To reproduce your error please see the description of bug #2627. I think this bug should be resolved as a duplicate, unless proven to be reproducible through other means.
