anonymous created the issue

  1. use cyberduck to connect to FTP server (not using IP, use dns)
  2. change the ip for the host you're connected to in dns
  3. see that cyberduck can't reconnect to the server until cyberduck is restarted (like it caches the old dns entry)

came up when my router rebooted, got a new ip from my isp, and dyndns automatically updated -- cyberduck couldn't re-establish the connection until i restarted it

The resolved address is cached for 10 seconds.
