Description
I just used CyberDuck to publish/update my website on October 1, 2008. I used a program called Sandvox (by Karelia) to design the site. For some reason, it has a bug which sometimes makes it impossible for users to publish directly from Sandvox. As a back-up, one of the primary designers suggested that I use your program, which has always worked for since April, 2007. However, today, I can't get the changes on my site to upload and be published.
This is the process that I use:
- Export my site from Sandvox into a file on my Desktop (I have a MacBook Pro).
- I connect CyberDuck with my host company, Web.com, using the log-on information required.
- Using the Upload option, I navigate until I find the folder which contains the files for my website and I highlight all of those files to upload.
- After the transfer is complete, I then refresh the browser which is showing my website.
However, nothing has changed. I attempted the Upload 6 or 7 times, to no avail. I followed the same steps that I'd been using for over year in order to publish my website but nothing is working.
Please advise. Thank you
