I have Mac OS 3.9 and downloaded free cyberduck to log onto FTP at work. When I click on Duck icon window opens and I tried clicking on "new connection" which makes the program crash. I also tried typing FTP address in top field and nothing happens.....

how do I sign up a fTP site and use Cyberduck?

Please attach the crash report and what you can find in the console.log (/Applications/Utilities/Console.app)
