When you upload multiple files, it asks you if you want to overwrite, but there is no way to indicate that , say, two are okay but you don't want to overwrite one of the files. To be parallel to the similar Apple message, it ought to:

  1. list names of all the files being uploaded, rather than only one of them
  2. have the option to Apply to All; otherwise, query each one.

Deselect using the checkboxes the files you don't want to apply the rule selected. These will be omitted from the transfer.
