I have been uploading a large (2GB) file to my web server by FTP transfer using Cyberduck 3.0.3. I suffered several broken pipe errors. When I try to resume upload the progress bar and values revert to 512MB although checking the file size directly on the server (via refresh or through Firefox) suggests that the file is increasing in size correctly. The same fault appears after clicking Stop follow by Resume.

Further to above, attempts to resume transfer increased the size of the uploaded file to a size greater than the actual file size. Transfer suspended and new transfer completed successfully taking 12 hours for 2GB at 45kps.
